Join me for another Mindfulness & Meditation class to learn simple, easy and effective brain/body balancing techniques to release tension, stress and emotions in the body mind. This is a one hour class that will incorporate mindful journaling, breath work, and guided visualization as mindfulness strategies to take the body out of emergency mode and into rest, relax and heal mode. Please bring a yoga mat, small blanket & pillow! We will begin class with enjoying a hot cup of tea and connection and end at 8 pm!
