R.E.S.T to Thrive: Relationships & Resiliency
In today’s fast-paced world, we are collectively over-worked and under-rested. With most of us spending more of our waking hours at work than anywhere else, addressing issues of workplace mental health is vitally important. 70% of employed Canadians are concerned with the Psychological health and safety of their workplace and 30% of short and long term disability claims are attributed to mental health. Mental health in the workplace affects employee productivity, abseentism, and turnover rates.
The relationship dynamics and culture of connection within a workplace affects the mental health of the people within it. Conversely, the mental health of each individual determines the state of health and success of the team. Before we address the health of a team, we must first address the health of the individual. The push to focus on productivity and achievement almost always comes at the expense of our well-being and the health of our relationships with loved ones.
In her keynote, ‘REST to Thrive’, Laura shares 4 simple, yet profound actionable tasks to guide individuals and teams to take charge of their mindset, build thriving relationships and navigate change with ease.

*The 4 step REST formula that will take you from autopilot survival mode to thriving.
*How to shift from chasing balance to living in alignment through 2 key intentional daily practices.
