Why is it SO hard to change? Here’s why.
The subconscious mind is responsible for our emotions, feelings, behaviour patterns, habits, long term memory and most importantly, our rigid belief systems that develop between age 0-7 that we spend the rest of our life defending. We are so deeply rooted in the subconscious our reactions to life (or over reactions) are automatic, without conscious thought. Just think about it. When’s the last time you actually had time to think BEFORE you reacted emotionally? You don’t. It’s automatic. It’s our sub-conscious programming.
