As a business owner & mother of 4, I know first hand what it feels like to feel over-burdened, over-whelmed, and under-appreciated with no time for YOU.  

I also know that those feelings all came to be a result of my own thoughts and expectations that were not only creating my emotions, but my experiences. Like you, I am on a journey.  Some days I get it right and feel like I’m the best mother and wife I could be, and others I'm still trying to figure it all out, keep everyone fed, the piles of laundry caught up and find time for a bath!

We have two choices in life really; We can stay in our familiar, safe patterns that keep us stuck in ruts and anchored to daily stress or we can choose to free ourselves, by shifting our perspective, becoming mindfully present in our lives, and being open to all that we have to see and learn along the way.    The "Project You" course series is designed to help give you the tools, strategies and awareness to begin to bring impactful shifts so that you may begin to live and love more mindfully!
